Every custom home we build in the Columbia River Gorge goes through the same three stages — and because we take on a limited number of new builds and remodels each year, each one gets real attention.
Discovery and Design
We start with the land, the life you want to live on it, and what you already know matters to you. Adam brings his architecture background straight into this stage — the drawings that come out of it aren't handed off to another firm; we make them, with you, in-house.
Preconstruction: Real Cost, Before You Commit
While your permit moves through the county, we take your design out to bid with our regional subcontractor network. You see a real, line-item budget — built from actual bids, not a guess — before you sign a construction contract.
Build & Handover
Because the groundwork is already done, construction moves with intention. You get updates on a set rhythm, a final walkthrough where nothing is held back, and a workmanship warranty behind it.
